fresh juice excellent location

A fresh orange juice machine was available for the complimentary breakfast. It was a good buffet spread with hot foods. the location was excellent, near marienplatz, the city center, but quiet. i liked that it was far from tourist crowds.

the area around the hotel isn't attractive.

The room had a fridge and a giant tv. the bathroom was equipped. complimentary drinks were available in the minibar. They were a welcome touch.

The staff provided umbrellas for free when it was raining. the staff knows customer service. They were gracious and friendly. there was convenient parking at a reduced rate, though the parking was expensive!

The breakfast offered a decent selection of tasty food.

The room size was disappointing. There was minimal space for storing clothes, so I had to live out of my suitcase. Noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable and disruptive I could hear every sound from nearby rooms.

The room felt quite cramped. Closet space was virtually nonexistent, so I lived out of my suitcase. The shower had some mold. the incessant SMS messages, especially that 8:00 AM checkout inquiry, felt intrusive. I mean, really?

Functional stay near the center

central location minibar refill

The location is very central, quite close to the main square. The minibar included free drinks and it was refilled daily. The staff was helpful and approachable. This created a cute atmosphere.

The room felt sparse. It reminded me of a dorm. The hotel did not warn me about the loud noise ahead of time. This should have been communicated.
